The location is very close to Vitacura and Santiago de Chile. the rooms are spacious and fabulous with exceptionally comfortable beds. the staff is really helpful and amiable.

Room was brand-new and reasonably spacious and staff very professional. Stunning and good location, not very far from Galeria de arte Mundo Sur. Walking distance to commercial centers and stores across the street.

The rooms at Nh Collection Santiago Casacostanera are absolutely stunning! I mean, seriously, the views are to die for. Whether you're overlooking Parque Bicentenario or the majestic Andes Mountains, you'll feel like you're living in a postcard. As a lover of breathtaking landscapes, this was like a dream come true.

Honestly, I have to admit that I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee machine in the room. I mean, I get that some people love Nespresso, but for me, it just didn't hit the spot.
